FAQs

Quick answers to the questions society organisers ask most — timings, food, add-ons and how the day runs.

How do tee times work for 8–60+ players?
We’ll propose a tee-time structure based on your group size and preferred pace. For larger groups we’ll space tee times to keep the course flowing, with clear timings for arrival, start, and post-round food.
Can you help us choose the best package?
Yes — tell us your preferred start time, approximate numbers and whether you’d like food before or after. We’ll recommend the simplest package that fits, and you can add optional extras if you want.
What’s included in the Morning / Full / Lunch packages?
Morning: breakfast roll with tea/coffee on arrival + a takeaway option after your round.
Full (most popular): breakfast roll with tea/coffee on arrival + post-round lunch (or dinner by arrangement).
Lunch: post-round two-course lunch, timed to suit your tee times.
Can we reserve an area in the clubhouse?
Where possible, yes — let us know your preferred timings and whether you’d like a private area. Reserved seating is subject to availability alongside other club events.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely — just include dietary needs in the enquiry form. With notice we can cater for common requirements and confirm options with your final quote.
Can we add buggies, prizes, nearest-the-pin markers or scoring?
Yes — popular add-ons include buggy/trolley hire (pre-book recommended), nearest-the-pin and longest drive markers, and Pro Shop prize voucher options. Add what you’d like in the form and we’ll confirm availability.
How does the coaching clinic add-on work?
The coaching clinic is designed for mixed-ability groups and can be scheduled before your round, after the round, or built into the day. It’s priced separately and confirmed based on coach availability.
What information should we include on the enquiry form?
Preferred date(s), approximate numbers, preferred tee-time window, which package you’re leaning towards, and any add-ons (food, prizes, buggies, coaching). The more detail you provide, the quicker we can confirm timings.

If your question isn’t covered, just add it in the enquiry form — we’ll come back with a clear plan and a quote.
