Raising Capital for Critical Infrastructure

Critical Club Infrastructure

Help us replace our vital irrigation tank

Our existing irrigation tank has reached the point where replacement is now essential. This is not a cosmetic upgrade — it is a critical infrastructure project for the club.

We are raising funds through competitions, raffles, donations and local support to help meet the cost and protect the club’s facilities for members, visitors and future generations.

Why It Matters

Protecting the tees, the greens and the future of play

The irrigation tank is a critical part of the club’s course irrigation infrastructure.

Every pound raised through this appeal will support the irrigation tank replacement project, helping protect the irrigation system, the greens and the long-term condition of the course.

The tank feeds the automated sprinkler system that protects the greens and tees across the course.

If the tank were to fail, the club would lose the reservoir capacity required to irrigate the course effectively. In dry conditions, that would create a serious risk to the health of the greens and could lead to major disruption, emergency costs and long-term damage to the course.

Replacing the tank is therefore not an optional improvement. It is a necessary investment to protect the course, maintain playing standards and safeguard one of the club’s most important assets.

01

Protecting the Greens

The tank supports the automated irrigation system that helps keep the greens healthy and playable during dry periods.

02

Maintaining Course Standards

Reliable water storage is essential to preserving course condition, playing quality and the visitor experience.

03

Reducing Future Risk

Acting now helps avoid emergency failure, unplanned repair costs and potential long-term damage to the course.
