General Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Forres Golf Club. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across all aspects of club management, including staff, finance, member relations, and strategic development.
Club Leadership
Lead all departments and staff, working closely with the Board to deliver the Club’s strategy and uphold its standards.
Financial & Commercial
Own the operating budget, drive revenue across green fees, societies, functions and the Muiry, and ensure the Club’s long-term financial resilience.
The Forres Experience
Set the standard for every interaction — on the course, in the clubhouse and across every touchpoint of the Forres Golf Club experience.
Marketing & Growth
Build the Club’s profile, grow visitor and society bookings, and lead membership recruitment and retention.
