Bar & Restaurant Operations
Oversee the day-to-day running of the Muiry, maintaining high standards of service, quality and presentation at every session.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train and manage the hospitality team, building a motivated and capable workforce that delivers consistently.
Events & Functions
Plan and deliver club events, society days and private functions, ensuring every occasion runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
Sales & Revenue
Drive covers, bookings and event sales, maximising revenue across the Muiry while delivering value for members and visitors.
