How it works
Clear rules keep the experience consistent for members, visitors and corporate hosts.
Booking & eligibility
Bookings must be made by the company’s authorised booker(s).
Eligible players: employees and guests of the business. Sole Trader corporate play is booked by the owner.
Availability & blackouts
Play is subject to club rules and diary availability.
Blackouts include competitions, major events, reserved blocks and closures.
Proof & cancellations
A small set of controls keeps the experience consistent.
Players must show their corporate member card on arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours incur credit forfeiture.
Corporate outing scope
Outings cover golf fees only. Catering and bar spend is additional—your clubhouse credit can be used. We can accommodate additional players at a reduced rate—please ask.
